Now we go with the recipe. First, we break the chocolate into pieces to speed up its melting. Heat the liquid cream in a saucepan and without boiling add the chocolate pieces. We will stir while it melts over low heat until we get a smooth and shiny mixture.
Meanwhile, peel the banana and cut it into slices. With the apple, we will remove the center and the seeds to cut it later into pieces. We will clean the strawberries and if they are very large, we will cut them in half.
Drain the lemon over the banana and apple pieces to prevent them from turning black. Put each ingredient in an individual container.
And now all that remains is to prick them with long wooden chopsticks or a fork, dip them in the chocolate and we already have the family snack organized.
